How to Register

Please find instructions on how to register to bid below:

Choose the property you wish to place a bid on.

Click on the “Register/Bid Now” button and follow the registration process.

During registration, you will be prompted to upload two documents, one from each of the following options:

Photographic ID (Driving License or Passport)

Proof of address (Current Council Tax Bill from the current year or a Utility Bill/Bank Statement dated within the last three months, in your name and address. You can also use your driving license as long as it hasn’t been used for photographic ID.)

If you are bidding on behalf of a company, please contact our team, and we will provide guidance on additional required documents.

Once we have reviewed and authorized your documents, you will be able to place bids. If you wish to bid on additional lots, you will not need to upload your documents again; simply click “Register” for those lots.

The closing times for bidding will be provided for each individual lot, and you will place your bids via the Properties Under The Hammer website once the auction begins.
